Keith & Ruth Ann Elliott

Keith and Ruth Ann both felt called by God to serve cross culturally as young people and have served as missionaries since 1979 in Ecuador and Mexico. In the last sixteen years of their ministry they worked in pastoral care by helping to organize retreats and seminars for Latin American pastoral couples and made personal visits to encourage, listen, and give counsel when needed.

They recently moved to Costa Rica, where Ruth Ann’s brother is building a home along the Pacific coast in the town of Esterillos Centro. They have been visiting churches, getting to know people, and settling into the new culture as they seek the Lord’s wisdom and guidance in how to serve in this new field.
