About Ivan De Leon
Ivan has an inspiring testimony that continues as he dedicates a portion of his summer to join the Mexico team as part of the Liebenzell USA Journey Summer internship program! Ivan will spend his summer working on his Spanish while living and ministering with Fernando Amezcua and his wife, Luz María, in Guadalajara, Mexico. He has a special heart for youth and the Spanish community, and is also excited about supporting the church planting ministry in Guadalajara. He desires to return to his home church in Texas more fluent in Spanish to minister more effectively, see lives transformed by the hope he has found in Jesus, and empower others to do the same, whether in Mexico or wherever God leads him next.
