Joyce Owen
Joyce Owen serves as a mentor and a teacher at Pacific Islands University (PIU) in Guam. Joyce was married to David whom she met at Biola University, California where she studied. They had three children, Matthew, Michael, and Melissa. Dave and Joyce had made plans to continue their missionary career, working with Micronesian communities in mainland USA; but God had other plans for Dave – he died March 29, 2019 – Joyce continues as a Liebenzell USA missionary. Joyce currently enjoys teaching two classes and mentoring two girls for their field education work to complete their qualifications for graduation.
