Our Program Pillars
Rigorous Bible Training
Cross-Cultural Preparation
Each of our courses are biblically based and include courses in either Theology or Bible — so you can dig deep into God’s word, and be “equipped for every good work.
Practical Ministry Skills
Learn outside the classroom with hands-on service opportunities, including youth ministry, community outreaches, gardening and farming projects, and Christian camps and retreats.
Spiritual Formation
Growing as a follower of Jesus through mentoring, accountability, biblical community, and intentional life-on-life investment.
Discipleship
Developing a deeper relationship with Christ through prayer, Scripture, worship, and the practice of spiritual disciplines.
Earn a Certificate of Completion!
Earn a Certificate of Biblical and Cross-Cultural studies.

Practical Ministry & Calling
- Serve as representatives of Liebenzell USA
- Train churches on global missions
- Lead interactive workshops at mission’s conferences or other events
- Develop public speaking through speaking and recruiting at events
- Network and develop ministry partnerships
July – August (Optional Summer Opportunities)
At the end of your program, you may return to working with an established Liebenzell missionary or project for a missionary apprenticeship. This is a chance for you to put your studies and skills to practice in real-world ministry, in a different cultural context.
Other optional service opportunities include serving at our retreat center at Schooley’s Mountain, NJ receiving practical experience running camps and retreats in the areas of guest services, hospitality, housekeeping and/or food services. At our retreat center you will also develop leadership and discipleship training of attendees and team building and event management skills.
