Online Giving Update

Thank you for your faithful support of the ministry of Liebenzell USA and our missionaries around the world. Our missionaries would not be able to participate in the Great Commission without you and each one of you are a part of the team. You play a vital role in helping them to fulfill their calling.

To better serve our missionaries, we are transitioning to a new online credit card service called Stripe. For those who make a one-time gift or are new donors, when you check out on our website, you will automatically give through Stripe and the change will not impact you.

For those of you giving monthly, we will have to transition your giving to the new platform while closing the old account. This may take a little time, but feel free to call us (908) 852-3044 at any time and we will be happy to work with you to make it as seamless as possible.


[accordion_father active=”0″][accordion_son gradientbg=”” title=”Why are we switching giving platforms?”]Stripe is more cost efficient, user friendly, and is a secure back-end provider for online giving and manages all transaction security with bank-level security processing.[/accordion_son][accordion_son gradientbg=”” title=”Can I still give by ACH and check?”]Yes, ACH is available at checkout. You can still give with checks as well (see more info on giving with checks here). ACH and checks are still our preferred giving formats, since these methods save us fees.[/accordion_son][accordion_son gradientbg=”” title=”Will Servantek still be supported in the future? By what date do I have to switch?”]Yes. We will continue to use and support Servantek until we have successfully transferred everyone over to Stripe. We would like to see everybody switched by May 1, 2022.[/accordion_son][accordion_son gradientbg=”” title=”What do I have to do to switch my monthly giving?”]You can give us a call at (908) 852-3044 and we can transfer your information for you.

Or, to make the transition yourself: log in to your Servantek account. Choose My Scheduled Gifts → Manage My Gifts and choose Delete for each item. We will still retain a record of your past donation history.

To register with the new system, find the missionary or project you were supporting and enter your donation amount, and select “Give Monthly” from the drop-down menu. Enter your billing details and choose whether you will be giving with credit card or with ACH (the preferred giving format, which avoids fees for us).[/accordion_son][accordion_son gradientbg=”” title=”Will I still receive monthly receipts?”]Yes.
