Humanitarian Aid – The Phoebe’s Fund
The Phoebe’s Faithful Deaconess Ministry of Liebenzell USA raises funds for humanitarian aid, education and schools, scholarships, evangelism, discipleship, and disadvantaged people in our local community and around the world.
WHERE YOUR DONATION GOES: H.E.E.D.
H: Humanitarian Aid – Medicine and supplies to disadvantaged children, families, the sick, and the elderly to 13 countries around the world. Our missionaries are there to get them the supplies they need!
E: Evangelism – Through our missionaries on the ground, the Gospel of Jesus Christ is brought to people here in the United States and people around the world who need hope.
E: Education – Construction of schools for children and making repairs, as well as developing curriculum and programs to enhance educational opportunities.
D: Discipleship – We offer a beautiful retreat and conference center here in the mountains of northwest New Jersey for churches and groups – for women, youth, etc. – for rest, respite, and reconnection with each other and with God. Around the world, we spread the Gospel and bring the Bible to others, coming alongside people of all ages and backgrounds the hope of Jesus Christ in their communities and villages.
Supporting our ministry means continued church planting in Ecuador, prison ministry in Spain, children’s education in Zambia, discipleship in Japan, college ministry in Guam, and recruiting new missionaries. Locally at our headquarters in Long Valley, where our retreat cabins and conference center, and amenities such as fishing ponds, basketbal courts, auditorium, GAGA pit, playground, community pool, pickleball and volleyball courts are located, we offer bonfires, hayrides, youth events, desired amenity for women’s and men’s retreats, personal retreats to reconnect with God in a bucolic setting, church conferences, our peaceful Prayer Paths on 150 acres of preserved farmland, learning, laughing, being still, baptisms, and serenity. We have 22 buildings, of those five are for lodging guests, and three of them are listed on the New Jersey State and the Federal Registry of Historic Places. We also are restoring our farmland and barn, offering opportunities to teach farming, community gardening, and beekeeping to children and school groups – opening the doors to the community to raise chickens, garden, and sell and buy produce. It will also give missionaries in training a hands on experience for development. You can make a difference! Follow us on Social Media!
