Youth Scholarships
Young people often find refreshment from the world’s challenges and come to know Jesus while on retreat at Schooley’s Mountain. Yet some can’t afford the modest cost. With your Youth Scholarship donation, you are making an investment in a young person's spiritual journey.

Beach volleyball is quite popular, and we plan further upgrades to the court with new sand and line markers. So, let the games begin!
$1500*Refurbish Gaga Pits
Youth love playing gaga ball here at Liebenzell USA. It's like dodgeball, but in an octagonal court called a gaga pit. We seek to refurbish our two gaga pits.

Our current foosball tables need to be replaced. We can replace them at $250 each, or if you would like to bless us with a long-term solution, a quality Tornado Foosball table costs $2-3k, providing quality entertainment for years.

Blessed with three chainsaws, we would like to purchase two complete sets of chainsaw safety gear so that our staff and volunteers can more safely clear fallen trees going forward.

We will continue to maintain and refresh the exteriors of our buildings in 2026. With over 14 buildings of varying sizes, we need an additional gas-powered pressure washer.
$350*Lightweight Commercial Vacuum
Our housekeeping staff works tirelessly with backpack vacuums, and are now seeking lighter, more powerful vacuums, giving our staff a bit of relief while working and providing a fresher, cleaner environment for our guests.

Our South Side Kitchen is truly in need of 2 new stainless steel prep/serving tables. These units are easily cleaned, and offer a pristine, sanitized surface for food prep.

There have been several times where an outdoor projector screen would have been a great addition to the services we can offer to our guests. From youth events to praise and worship times, being able to project music, devotionals, or pictures would greatly add to the experience we can provide our guests.
32 Foot Ladders
Tall buildings require tall ladders to maintain them. Our crews will put these ladders to good use.

With the changing weather conditions and the distance between the Guesthouse and Retreats campus, an enclosed cab gator is the perfect way for our team to get around our 150-acre campus, and tour with our guests, sharing the vastness of the campus and its amenities.
$5,495*Parking Lot Lighting
For even greater convenience and safety, we seek to install stronger lighting in our Southside Campus parking lot. Specifically, we want to add three powerful LED lights to supplement the existing illumination system. The cost includes LED lights, materials, and installation.

Our current entrance mats show wear and need replacing. We are currently seeking to replace at least six of them.

Several of our buildings require interior painting, as well as a few floors needing a new coat of paint. Our anticipated cost is $1000 to purchase the paint and supplies.

Two projects in our main Guest house will require a smart TV. One will be in our main entry area so guests can see what is happening in our Liebenzell USA ministry. The other will go in our lower meeting room.

As we have grown, we need to replace a free-standing freezer in our South Side Kitchen. We order our food supplies in bulk, and having a freezer to store the food helps our staff to spend more time cooking and less time shopping.
$1,200*Countertop Steam Tables
Maintaining food quality on-site, with the ability for easy transport would be a blessing for us, as we serve our guests from two different kitchens on campus. Portable countertop steam tables (hotel pan size) would help us tremendously.
